1. The crispy biscuit forming machine can be used in tunnel type steel (mesh) belt oven, tunnel type chain oven, tunnel type hand push oven, and hot air rotary oven.

The crisp biscuit forming machine is composed of two parts: the mold forming system and the tray chain conveying system, which are respectively driven by the speed regulating motor, and the production speed can be adjusted. The forming system is equipped with a feeding roller, a die roller and a rubber roller. The prepared fabric is put into the hopper, and squeezed by the feeding roller and the die roller to form a peach crisp blank, which is then dragged by the rubber roller. The canvas belt conveys the blanks to the baking sheet. The pallet chain is driven by a speed-regulating motor, and the spacing of the peach crisp blanks on the flat plate can be determined according to production needs.
