China's food machinery industry began in the early 1950s with the founding of New China, mainly after the reform and opening up in the 1980s, relying on its own strength, from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, from low to high. It has gradually developed and improved from scratch, and has passed the glorious development process of nearly 60 years. In particular, there are hundreds of new products with advanced levels at home and abroad designed and manufactured by the introduction, digestion and absorption during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. During the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Machinery Industry proposed six major trends in the development of the industry, focusing on the development of six types of complete sets of equipment. In the past five years, the Ministry of Technology has completed a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The China Packaging and Food Machinery Industry Association and China Packaging and Food Machinery Corporation, which was established in the mid-1980s, strengthened industry management, expanded foreign exchanges, and held the China International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition every year, attracting exhibitors from various countries. Strengthening domestic and international technical exchanges and cooperation, and promoting new product development, 75% of existing products were developed in the past 10 years.
